Varieties: Gewürztraminer (100%)

Age: Six months in new barrels of French oak from Allier and acacia, using the technique of bâtonnage.

Tasting notes: Yellow color with golden tones. Terpenic aroma with hints of tropical fruits and a soothing finish in perfect harmony with the fine, delicate notes from the barrels. The mouth is fresh and at the same time viscous, enveloping, intense, and balanced. Its complexity and unique personality stand out as reflections of the variety it is made of.
